Kevin Durant's Golden State Warriors preseason debut is going to kick off the fifth installment of the NBA Canada Series.The Toronto Raptors will play the host in Canada, as they travel to Vancouver to take on the Warriors on Oct. 1, and then head to Calgary to face the Denver Nuggets on Oct. 3.It's the first time we've seen the Warriors and Nuggets in the Canada Series and the fourth time we've seen the Raptors participating.
