THE NBA's annual General Manager survey is out, and while LeBron James is the favourite to win the season's MVP award, it's not expected to translate to another championship.For the survey, conducted by NBA.com, all 30 General Managers (GMs) were asked a multitude of questions, in order to gain insight into the respective mindsets of the league's most senior executives.As expected, the likes of James, Stephen Curry, and their respective teams dominate the survey, but there is also a number of the league's young players who are praised throughout the lists; including Ben Simmons.
